The problem

[Placeholder copy.] Proposal leads were manually searching years of past submissions, project sheets, and resumes scattered across a shared drive and SharePoint to answer each new RFP. Keyword search surfaced the wrong version of the wrong document as often as it helped.

The approach

[Placeholder copy.] Implemented semantic search over the firm’s proposal archive, project documentation, and staff qualifications, with access controls preserved from the source systems so nothing surfaced to someone who shouldn’t see it. Drafting workflow pulls relevant precedent language directly into the response, not a generic AI rewrite.

The outcome

[Placeholder copy — real metric to be confirmed with client before publish.] Proposal leads cut drafting time substantially and reported higher confidence that submitted language reflected the firm’s actual current capabilities, not stale boilerplate.
