The problem

[Placeholder copy.] Frontline supervisors needed answers from SOPs, safety documentation, and vendor agreements spread across Notion, a legacy intranet, and email attachments. Existing keyword search returned everything or nothing, and nobody trusted it enough to rely on it during a shift.

The approach

[Placeholder copy.] Connected the four source systems in place — no data migration — with permissioning mapped one-to-one from existing group memberships, so a warehouse supervisor sees exactly what they already had access to, surfaced through actual semantic search instead of keyword matching.

The outcome

[Placeholder copy — real metric to be confirmed with client before publish.] Supervisors now get a direct answer instead of a list of maybe-relevant documents, and IT no longer fields as many “where is the doc for X” tickets.
