Why fixed scope, not a retainer-first pitch

[Placeholder copy.] Most implementation engagements in this space are sold as open-ended retainers before the buyer knows what they’re actually paying for. A fixed-scope project means there’s a defined outcome, a defined price, and a defined timeline before any commitment is made.

The shape of the engagement

[Placeholder copy.] A short scoping pass identifies which systems hold the knowledge that matters, confirms access control requirements up front, and defines what “done” looks like. Implementation follows a set timeline. A maintenance retainer is optional afterward, for teams who want ongoing tuning as their document base changes.

What’s explicitly not included

[Placeholder copy.] No open-ended “AI transformation roadmap,” no dashboard product to log into, no seat-based pricing. This is direct implementation work with a clear start and end, done by the person who does the work — not a project-managed team.
